Paying a Balance After Your Account Is Closed

Why you’re seeing this page

If your Atlas membership is closed and you still have an outstanding balance, you’ll be routed to a balance payment page when you log in. On this page, you can:

  • View the current Amount Due

  • Review past Statements

  • Make a Payment

  • Contact Support if you need help

This page is designed to make it easy for you to see what you owe and settle your balance quickly.

Making a payment

Follow these steps to pay your balance:

  1. Log in to the Atlas app using your existing Atlas credentials.

  2. Review the amount due displayed at the top of the page to confirm your balance.

  3. Tap “Pay with debit card” to start the payment process.

  4. Link a debit card

  5. Confirm your payment to complete the process.

Note: A processing fee applies to payments, and all payments are processed instantly. Only standard debit cards are supported. Credit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
