Defined as:Over 20 years old, or
Not manufactured in the past 10 years
Trucks
Motorcycles, mopeds, or motorbikes
Cargo vans or vans with open beds
RVs and recreational vehicles
Limousines
Note: Vans that seat up to 9 people (including the driver) and are designed for small-group transport are covered.
