When you use your Atlas card for purchases outside the U.S. or with foreign merchants (including online), a foreign transaction fee of 3% applies.
How the fee is applied:
The 3% is added to the total amount of each international transaction.
This applies to purchases made in a foreign currency or processed by a non-U.S. merchant.
The full amount, including the fee, will appear as a single transaction.
