Need to update your phone number, address, or name?

We’re here to help. Some updates may require additional verification to keep your account secure.

How to request changes

Message Support directly through the Atlas app:
Settings → Support

Or email us at: [email protected]

Tell us which info you want to update, and upload any required documents. We’ll guide you through the rest.

Phone number change

To update your phone number, we’ll ask for:

  • Your current number on file

  • Your new number

  • A way to verify your identity, such as a recent credit transaction

Address change

To update your address, please provide:

  • Your current address on file

  • Your new address

  • A recent credit transaction to confirm your identity

Name change

If your legal name has changed, we’ll need:

  • A copy of your marriage certificate or legal name change document

  • A government-issued ID that shows your new name

Email address change

To change the email tied to your account, you’ll need to submit:

  • A bank statement to verify your identity
