How to request changes
Message Support directly through the Atlas app:

Tell us which info you want to update, and upload any required documents. We’ll guide you through the rest.
Phone number change
To update your phone number, we’ll ask for:
Your current number on file
Your new number
A way to verify your identity, such as a recent credit transaction
Address change
To update your address, please provide:
Your current address on file
Your new address
A recent credit transaction to confirm your identity
Name change
If your legal name has changed, we’ll need:
A copy of your marriage certificate or legal name change document
A government-issued ID that shows your new name
Email address change
To change the email tied to your account, you’ll need to submit:
A bank statement to verify your identity
