How do I update my personal information?

Update personal information in your Atlas account

Need to update your phone number, address, name, or email address?

Some changes can be completed directly in the Atlas app, while others require assistance from our Support team.

Update your phone number in the app

You can update your phone number directly from the Atlas app by following these steps:

  1. Tap your initials in the top-left corner of the app (Settings).

  2. Select Personal Information.

  3. Tap Edit next to Mobile Number.

  4. When prompted, enter:

    • The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)

    • Your date of birth

  5. Tap Continue.

  6. Enter your new phone number.

  7. Verify your new number using the 6-digit code sent via text message.

Once verification is complete, your phone number will be updated automatically.

Need to update other personal information?

For updates to your address, legal name, or email address, contact Support through the Atlas app (Settings → Support) or email [email protected].

Tell us which information you'd like to update and provide any required documents listed below.

Address change

To update your address, please provide:

  • Your current address on file

  • Your new address

  • A recent credit transaction to confirm your identity

Name change

If your legal name has changed, we'll need:

  • A copy of your marriage certificate or legal name change document

  • A government-issued ID showing your new name

Email address change

To change the email address associated with your account, you'll need to provide:

  • A bank statement to verify your identity

Q: Can I change my address to a P.O. Box?
A: No. We require a valid physical address on file for security and regulatory reasons.
