  1. Does Atlas Rent Reporting cost anything? Atlas Rent Reporting is free with our annual membership plan.

  2. Am I eligible for Atlas Rent Reporting? You need 3 things to be eligible for Atlas Rent Reporting:

    1. An Official Lease: A legal document like a lease, sub-lease, roommate agreement, or other legal housing document. No verbal agreements, please!

    2. Pay with a Bank or Bank-Linked Method: We accept rent payments made by ACH, check, direct deposit, online rental portal, your landlord / utility provider portal, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. We can't verify cash, money orders, or cashier’s checks.

    3. Be a Member of Atlas Annual Membership Plan.

  3. Do I need to have a specific type of lease or rental agreement to use Atlas Rent Reporting? We accept any formal lease with your name and property manager’s details in it. We should be able to contact the property manager to verify the lease once.

  4. Do I need to have a certain credit score or history to use Atlas Rent Reporting? No, there is no requirement for a certain credit score or history to use this service.

  5. Is there a minimum rental payment amount required to be eligible for this service? No, there is no minimum rental payment amount to be eligible for Atlas Rent Reporting.

  6. Do we support more than 1 lease? No, we do not support more than one lease at this time.
