Why am I getting an error while adding my card to Apple Pay?

If you see an error like “Address did not match” or “Card Not Added”, it’s likely a billing address mismatch.

How to fix it

1. Update your billing address in Apple ID

  • Go to Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping > Address

  • Make sure it matches the billing address on your Atlas account

2. Update your billing address in Wallet & Apple Pay

  • Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Payment & Shipping > Address

  • Edit and save your correct billing address

3. Update your card’s address in the Wallet app

  • Open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap Apple Card

  • Tap the More button (•••), then tap Account Details

  • Scroll to Billing Address, then tap your address

  • Tap Update Billing Address and provide your new information
