What to know
It only takes a few steps in the app — You can start your cancellation right from the Support section.
Most requests are handled fast — If your account has no pending activity, it may be closed instantly. If not, a specialist will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
If you don’t have access to the app, just email us at [email protected].
How to cancel in the app
Open the Settings (upper right of home screen)
Tap Help Center
Browse a Topic
Select Manage Your Account, then tap Cancel my Atlas membership
FAQs
Q: What happens to my card or credit line?
A: Your Atlas account will be closed. You should destroy any physical card that you have in your possession. Additionally, your Atlas credit line will be reported as closed to the credit bureaus. We report monthly for the prior month - so if your account was closed in November, it will appear as closed on your December credit report.
Q: Can I reopen my account later?
A: Contact support, and we can help you. We can re-open your account where possible. In some cases, you may need to make a new account.
