Atlas uses Plaid, a secure tool, to connect your bank account. If you’re running into issues, here’s what to know.
What to know
You can link up to 2 bank accounts
Payroll users (with at least one payroll deposit) can link up to 4
Keep in mind: Bank accounts must be in your name. Linking an account under someone else’s name can result in restrictions.
Common issues and fixes
Can’t find your bank?
If your bank isn’t listed in Plaid, it’s not supported yet—so you won’t be able to link it for now.
Getting an error while linking?
Double-check your login details on your bank’s website
