We use a trusted tool called Plaid to connect your bank account to Atlas. Sometimes, you may have trouble linking your account. Here are some common issues and what you can do:
Cannot find my bank:
We want to make sure that your bank is compatible with Plaid before proceeding with the connection. If you don't see your bank among the thousands of supported financial institutions, unfortunately, you won't be able to link your account at this time.
I'm getting an error when linking my account
If you encounter an error while linking your account, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We'll be more than happy to manually remove your bank so you can try relinking it through Plaid. Just keep in mind that since Plaid is a third-party tool, our support for it is somewhat limited.
