What should I do if my bank does not show up?

To apply for Atlas, you’ll need to securely link your bank account using Plaid, our trusted account connection partner.

What to know

  • If your bank doesn’t appear in the list, Plaid can’t connect to it right now.

  • Without a supported bank, we won’t be able to accept your Atlas application at this time.

  • The good news: Plaid adds new banks regularly, so check back soon!

Keep in mind: Bank accounts must be in your name. Linking an account under someone else’s name can result in restrictions.

Q: Why isn’t my bank listed?

A: It’s likely not supported by Plaid yet. Some smaller banks or credit unions may take longer to be added.

Q: Can I apply using a different bank?

A: Yes—if you have another checking account at a supported bank, you can link that instead.

Q: Can I still apply without linking my bank?

A: No—linking your bank is required to apply for Atlas.
