How to withdraw

Need to move money out of your Atlas Deposit Account? You’ve got options.

How to withdraw

  • In the app:

    1. Go to the Money tab

    2. Tap Money Controls in the Deposit Account section

    3. Under Deposits & Transfers, choose Move Money and follow the steps

Note: You can only withdraw up to your Available Deposit balance.

  • At an ATM:

    1. Use your Atlas Card to withdraw up to your Available Spend Power balance at any ATM nationwide.

    2. Standard ATM and account limits apply (see the ATM Support article for full details).

Note: You can only take out money that’s not part of your pending balance. (Example: If you have $100 in Spend Power and $50 in your pending balance, you can withdraw $50 before any applicable fees). See our Cardholder Agreement for full details

What to know

  • App or Support Withdrawals: Sent via ACH to your linked account (takes 2–5 business days).
    Your maximum Spend Power goes down by the withdrawal amount, but your Spend Power (money available to spend) stays the same.

  • ATM Withdrawals: Your maximum Spend Power stays the same.
    Your pending balance increases, and your Spend Power (money you can spend) goes down.

  • Withdrawals may affect your reward tier.
