Why does Atlas ask for personal info?

We collect certain details to comply with federal regulations and keep your account secure. You may be asked to verify based on your account activity.

How to verify your identity

  • Open the Atlas app

  • Follow the prompts to upload your ID

  • Verification usually takes just a few minutes

What you can submit

Accepted U.S. government-issued IDs include:

  • U.S. & U.S. Territories Driver License

  • Military ID Card with Photo (Uniformed Services ID Card)

  • U.S. Dept. Of Motor Vehicle Issued Identification Card

  • Native American Tribal Identification Card

  • Passport

  • U.S. Permanent Resident Card (I-551)

  • U.S. Passport Card

  • U.S. Refugee Travel Document (I-571)
