What happens If my account gets restricted?
If we notice anything unusual on your account, we might temporarily restrict it to keep your account safe. This is to protect you and stop any fraud from happening.
If your account is restricted, your balance and incoming direct deposits won’t be affected. Your money will still be safe.
In some cases, we might ask you for extra verification, like a bank statement or proof of your identity, to remove the restriction. Make sure to check your Atlas app and email for updates or requests.
