If you qualify, your membership fee can be waived going forward, and you may also be eligible for a refund of membership fees you've already paid.

Once your waiver is applied, your Atlas membership fee is waived for the duration of the active military service.
Refund of past membership fees.
You may also be eligible for a refund of membership fees you've already paid. Eligible refunds can go back to your deployment date.

Contact Atlas Support through the app or email [email protected].
Let us know you're an active service member, and provide us your deployment papers or other formal documentation.
We'll apply your fee waiver and look into any refund you may be owed.
Requesting a refund of past fees?
We may ask for documentation showing your enlistment date so we can determine your eligibility and calculate any refund you're owed. At our discretion when we are able to confirm your eligibility, you may not need to provide documentation to have your future membership fees waived.
