Atlas waives membership fees for eligible military members and military dependents.

If you qualify, your future membership fees can be waived, and you may also be eligible for a refund of membership fees you've already paid.

You're eligible for a military membership fee waiver if you are:

  • Active military personnel

  • Military dependents

What You Get

Future membership fees waived.

Once your waiver is applied, your Atlas membership fee is waived permanently — you won't be charged a membership fee going forward.
Refund of past membership fees.

You may also be eligible for a refund of membership fees you've already paid. Eligible refunds can go back to your enlistment date.


How to Request a Waiver

  1. Contact Atlas Support through the app or email [email protected].

  2. Let us know you're requesting a military membership fee waiver.

  3. We'll review your account and apply the waiver to future membership fees.

Requesting a refund of past fees?

We may ask for documentation showing your enlistment date so we can determine your eligibility and calculate any refund you're owed.
Requesting only a future fee waiver?

No documentation is required. We'll apply the waiver once your eligibility is confirmed.
