⚠️ Important: We’re unable to file disputes more than 90 days after the transaction date.

What happens after you file a dispute?

  • Disputes may take 45–90 days to resolve

  • If we can’t complete the review within 10 business days (or 20 for new accounts), we may issue a temporary credit

  • You’ll receive an email with our final decision once the review is done

Can you fix a charge faster?

Yes—contacting the merchant directly is often the fastest option.

  • Try searching for the merchant’s name online + “dispute charge” for instructions

  • If they cancel or refund the transaction, it typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect on your account
