  • The item must have a valid U.S. warranty of 3 years or less

  • Warranties must be from the manufacturer, store, or assembler

  • Purchases made in or outside the U.S. are eligible—as long as they include a U.S. warranty

What’s not covered

Some items are not covered, including:

  • Motor vehicles

  • Real estate

  • Computer software

  • Medical equipment

  • Pre-owned or used items
