Not yet, but we hope to in the future. Once this feature is available, international students or immigrants who don't have a Social Security Number can still apply and get approved by verifying their identity with their Passport or ID Card.

For now, you will need to have a valid social security number and be able to provide your valid, US government-issued ID.
