How do I freeze or unfreeze my card?

Pause or unpause your Atlas card

Need to temporarily lock your card? You can easily freeze or unfreeze your card anytime right in the app.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Atlas app and go to the Card tab

  2. Tap Physical & Virtual Card

  3. Select the card you want to freeze or unfreeze

  4. Toggle Freeze Card on or off

Additional option: Regenerate your card number

  • If you want to close your old card and get a new card number, tap Regenerate Card Number.

  • This deactivates your current card number immediately.

  • Any new transactions attempted with the old card number will be declined.

  • You will only be able to use the new card number moving forward.
