What if I lost my card or need a new one?

Here’s what to do if your card is lost or you notice suspicious activity

What to do

  1. Open the Atlas app

  2. Go to the Cards tab > Physical & Virtual Card

  3. Pause your card right away

  4. Contact Support to disable the card and request a new one

Need to keep spending?

You can use your virtual card while you wait for your replacement. Just go to the Cards tab to copy your virtual card details and use it online or for contactless payments.

Q: How long does the replacement card take to arrive?

A:It usually takes 5–10 business days.

Q: What if I find my old card later?

A: If it’s already been disabled, it can’t be used. Just stick with your new one.

Q: What if I think someone used my card?

A: Pause your card right away in the app and message Support. We’ll help secure your account and send you a new one ASAP.
