Activating your Atlas physical card is quick and easy! Follow the steps below to get your card ready to use.
Steps to activate your card
Open the Atlas app and go to the Card tab.
Tap Cards.
Select Physical Card.
Choose the card you want to activate (Metal or Plastic).
Confirm that you've received your card.
Tap Yes, Start Activation if you've received your card and are ready to activate it.
Tap It Hasn't Arrived Yet if you're still waiting for your card.
Important note for Metal Card users:Once you activate your Metal Card, your old Plastic Card will stop working. Make sure you've received your Metal Card before activating it.
Verify your card by entering the last 4 digits of your physical card number.
Set your ATM PIN
That's it! Your physical card is now activated and ready to use.

FAQs
Q: Do I need to activate both my virtual and physical cards?
A: No! Virtual cards are ready to use right away. Only your physical card needs activation.
Q: I don’t see the Activate button—what should I do?
A: Make sure you’ve selected the Physical Card. Still not showing? Contact Support for help.
Q: What happens if I enter the wrong digits?
A: You’ll get an error message. Double-check the card number and try again.
