Mystery Boxes are a new feature from Atlas that lets you earn spectacular rewards on Direct Deposits.
How do these Boxes function?
With every paycheck deposited into your Atlas Account, you're awarded an Atlas Mystery Box. Within each box, you stand a chance to earn up to 5,000 points or even double your paycheck!
Now, don't delay, if you do not open your box and you receive another paycheck, the previous box will expire. Additionally, you will need to be on the most recent version of the app.
How can I unveil my Mystery Box?
As soon as your paycheck is reflected in your account, a popup will appear in the app. All you need to do is tap and unveil the magic inside.
Do I receive my Mystery Box prizes immediately?
Absolutely! The moment you open your Mystery Box, any points you've won are instantly credited to your account.
Why am I unable to view Mystery Boxes in my app?
To access the Mystery Boxes, ensure your app is updated to version 2.0.2 or the latest version available.
Is it possible to see all the Mystery Boxes I've previously opened and my total wins?
Certainly! Navigate to the "Recent Transactions" under the "Credit Card" tab to view all your past Mystery Box adventures.
