To keep your rent data accurate, Atlas may need to contact your landlord.

When do we contact your landlord?

We’ll reach out:

  • Once a year to confirm your lease details

  • If we can’t verify a rent payment (We’ll contact you first if there’s an issue.)

What landlord info do we need?

To confirm your lease, we’ll need:

  • For an individual landlord: Their full name, email, and phone number

  • For a property management company: The company name, main phone number, and email

    Tip: Avoid listing front desk or leasing office staff.
