  1. When and why does Atlas Rent Reporting contact my landlord? Atlas will reach out to your landlord once a year to check the details of your lease. If there's a missing rent payment or we can't confirm your payment proof, we'll talk to you first.

  2. What details are needed for my property manager? We need the full name, email, and phone number of your property manager to check the lease. If you pay rent to an independent landlord, please give us their first and last name, phone, and email. If you pay a company, give us the company's name, phone, and email. Please don't give us the name of an individual working for the landlord or property manager, like front desk or leasing office staff.
