Atlas will contact your landlord once a year to double-check the details of your lease. If there's a missing rent payment or if we can’t confirm your payment, we'll reach out to you first.
What details are needed for my property manager?
We need the full name, email, and phone number of your property manager to confirm your lease. If you pay rent to an independent landlord, give us their first and last name, phone number, and email. If you pay a company, give us the company’s name, phone number, and email. Don’t give us the name of someone working in the office, like the front desk or leasing staff.
