How do I upgrade to the annual plan?
Open the app.
Go to the Menu.
Click on My Membership.
Select the annual plan.
What happens to my current month’s membership?
If you switch to the annual plan, we will refund your current month’s membership on a prorated basis. This means you won’t be charged twice.
How do I take advantage of the rent credit building?
Once you complete your payment for the annual plan, you’ll get an email with instructions. You’ll need to verify your lease and rent payments to start. Terms and conditions for rent reporting will apply.
What are platinum-tier rewards?
Platinum rewards give you the best cashback offers, up to 4% on things like gas, food delivery, rideshare, pharmacy, and other top deals.
What happens to my current card?
