Why Is a Bank Statement Required?
There are times when we may ask for a bank statement. Generally, it is to verify your identity. It's important that you submit a PDF copy of your statement to help ensure the security and precision of your account details.

Note that only complete bank statements are accepted; screenshots will not be considered, and any attempt to submit altered documents will be grounds for rejection and could result in account closure.
How Long Does the Review Take?
The process of reviewing your bank statement typically takes about one business day when the submission is made through chat. If you're sending it via email, it might take a bit longer.
