Why do we need a bank statement?
Sometimes, we ask for a bank statement to confirm your identity. It's important to send a PDF of your statement to make sure your account details are safe and correct.

To send your bank statement, use the Atlas app to message our support team.

Remember, we only accept full bank statements. Screenshots won't work, and sending changed documents could cause your submission to be rejected or your account to be

closed.

How long does it take to review?
It usually takes about one business day to review your bank statement if you send it through chat. If you send it by email, it may take a little longer.
