Lost card

If you have lost possession of your physical card the first thing to do is to turn off the card. You can do this right away by opening your app and following the steps below:

  • Click My Cards

  • Click the card affected

  • Toggle off Allow transactions

To order a new card simply reach out to support in your app and we will assist you. If there are transactions you do not recognize please file a dispute immediately.
