Lost your physical card? Here’s what to do:
If you’ve lost possession of your physical card, the first step is to turn off the card immediately. You can do this directly from your app by following these steps:
Go to the Credit Card section and tap the three dots. A pop-up will appear.
Tap My Cards.
Choose your Physical or Virtual Card.
Tap pause or unpause.
Getting a New Card:
To get a new card, just contact support in your app, and we’ll help you.
Unrecognized transactions?
If you notice any transactions that you do not recognize, file a dispute immediately through the app.
