With a qualifying direct deposit set up, Atlas members can get their direct deposits up to two days before their usual payday. While your first few direct deposits that land in your Atlas Deposit Accounts may land a little later, you should start seeing them land earlier than usual soon after.

A “Qualifying Direct Deposit” is a deposit by Automated Clearing House (ACH) that comes from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (OCT) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, cash deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions are not Qualifying Direct Deposits.

As a reminder, we never hold deposits. Once we get the deposit from the payer, we deposit your money into your Atlas Deposit Account immediately. We'll let you know as soon as your money is available with an email and/or a push notification to your phone.

If you don’t see your deposit, it means that the payment is either in transit or your benefits provider hasn't sent it yet. Contact your provider for more information.
