Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay my statement balance?

You can pay your balance in two ways:

  • In the Atlas app: Go to SettingsPayment Settings and select a payment option

  • By email: Tap the payment link in your statement email or SMS.

How do I see what I owe?

Open the Atlas app and go to SettingsStatements. Your most recent statement shows your current balance and any past due amounts. If you need further assistance, please contact our Support team through the Atlas app.

I already made a payment. Why doesn't this email show my updated balance?

Our emails are generated at a specific time and may not reflect payments made within the last 24–48 hours. If you have already initiated your payment, no further action is needed. For the most up-to-date information regarding your balance and payment details, please refer to the Atlas app.

What if there's an error on my statement?

If you believe there's an error on your statement, please contact our Support team through the Atlas app as soon as possible.

I never received my Atlas card or used my account. Why do I owe money?

If you received a statement, it means you initiated account activation with Atlas. The $8.99 activation fee applies once you begin the sign up process.

What happens if I don't pay my balance?

Unpaid balances may be reported to credit bureaus as late payments after 30 days past due. This can negatively impact your credit score.

How is my statement balance different from my current balance?

  • Statement balance: The total of unpaid transactions from your previous monthly billing cycle

  • Current balance: Your current pending charges for the present billing cycle

Can I set up a payment plan?

Yes, payment plans may be available. Contact our Support team through the Atlas app to discuss your options.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your Atlas account, please contact our Support team through the app for assistance.

Do I still owe money if I cancel my account?
